Together, we make the fun happen!

OUR PROMISE TO YOU

When you join Party Go Round, you’re not just getting a job — you’re becoming part of something we’ve worked hard to build as a family business. We (Ian & Lynette) started Party Go Round with the simple idea of bringing fun to families in our community. Along the way, we’ve learned that our business is only as strong as the people who show up every day to make it happen.

Here’s what you can expect from us:

  • Training & Support: We won’t just throw you in and expect you to know it all. We’ll train you, coach you, and make sure you feel confident in what you’re doing.

  • Respect & Fairness: We believe in treating our team with respect. That means clear communication, fair scheduling, and pay you can count on.

  • Team Culture: We want Party Go Round to be a place where people want to work — where you feel appreciated, where hard work is noticed, and where there’s room to grow.

  • Openness: If you have questions, ideas, or concerns, we want to hear them. We’d rather solve problems together than let them pile up.

Most of all, we want you to take pride in what you do. Every inflatable you set up, every customer you greet, every smile you help create — it all reflects who we are as a company. And we’re proud to have you on the team.
